  • No Returns on Custom Orders: Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged (refer to our Refund Policy for more details).

We reserve the right to refuse any order that we believe to be fraudulent or that violates these terms.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but once an order is placed, the price at the time of purchase will apply.

4. Order Processing and Shipping

  • Processing Time: Custom orders require time to produce. Processing times are stated on each product page.
  • Shipping: We ship within Australia and internationally. Shipping costs are flat rate. Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
