How long does a made-to-order napkin take?

Each napkin is embroidered to order, so please allow roughly 1 to 2 weeks before dispatch depending on the size of your order. Smaller orders of up to 10 napkins can often be ready within the week. If you're working to a firm date like a wedding, get in touch before ordering and we'll do our best to help.

How much is shipping and where do you ship?

Shipping is a $9.95 flat rate across Australia, no matter how large your order. Once your napkins are stitched and carefully packed, they're sent with tracking. Shipping further afield? Contact us and we'll arrange a quote.

Can I order in larger quantities for an event?

Yes. Napkins are ideal as wedding favours or for a full table. Add the quantity you need to your cart, and contact us for very large orders so we can plan production.

How should I care for my linen napkins?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and line dry where possible. A warm iron keeps the linen crisp and the embroidery sharp. Linen softens beautifully with every wash.

Are personalised napkins returnable?

As each piece is embroidered to order specifically for you, personalised items can't be returned unless faulty. Please review your name, thread and font carefully before ordering.

What if I make a mistake in the name?

We stitch exactly what's entered, so please double-check spelling and spacing. If you spot an error right after ordering, contact us immediately and we'll help if production hasn't begun.
