Alongside our personalised napkins we take on bespoke commissions: crests, monograms, ribbons, symbols, and event sets. If you have something specific in mind, chances are we can stitch it.
What we can stitch
We've worked on a wide range of bespoke pieces. Here are some of the most common — but the list is far from exhaustive.
Monograms & Initials
A single initial, a pair of letters, or a full monogram crest. Classic and timeless, they work beautifully on wedding napkins, gifts, and heirloom pieces.
Crests & Emblems
Family crests, club emblems, sporting badges or heraldic symbols. If you have artwork, we can digitise and stitch it. If you need something designed, we can help.
Ribbons & Banners
Curved ribbon text, banner motifs, and text-wrapped designs — a favourite for event linen, milestone gifts, and pieces that carry a date or short phrase.
Custom Symbols & Motifs
Florals, leaves, animals, geometric shapes, and anything else you have in mind. We've stitched everything from simple stars to detailed botanical outlines.
Event & Wedding Sets
Coordinate a full table for a wedding, rehearsal dinner, or private event. Matching sets with names, a shared monogram, or a mix of both — let us know the numbers and the date.
One-Off Commissions
Something that doesn't fit a category? That's usually our favourite kind. Tell us your idea and we'll talk through whether and how we can make it.

How a custom order works
Custom enquiries are handled personally, so there are no online product pages. Here's what to expect from start to finish.

Get in touch
Send us a message via our contact page with your idea, any reference images or artwork, the quantity you need, and when you need them by. The more detail the better, but rough sketches and vague ideas are welcome too.

We'll come back with a quote
We'll review your enquiry and come back with a price. Custom work is quoted individually because it depends on the complexity of the design and the stitch count, but it's usually not a big step up from our standard pricing.

We stitch, you approve
For more complex designs we'll share a digital preview before going into production. Once approved, we embroider your order and ship it with the same care as everything else we make.
Pricing
Quoted individually based on design complexity and stitch count. Usually close to our standard napkin pricing for simpler pieces.
Turnaround
Allow 2 to 4 weeks for custom work depending on design complexity and order size. If you have a firm event date, mention it early so we can plan.
Quantities
We work on single pieces and large event sets alike. Whether it's one special napkin or a full wedding table, get in touch and we'll discuss what's possible.
