1. Order Processing Times

Since our products are custom-made, we require time to carefully craft your personalised napkins before they are shipped.

  • Processing Time: For personalised products such as these, please allow 3-6 business days for production before shipping. Processing times may vary based on order volume and time of year (e.g., holidays).

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer $6.95 flat rate shipping across Australia for all orders.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary due to factors such as customs delays, holidays, or courier issues.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package in real-time. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed or if there are any issues with delivery, please contact us at hello@threadedtogether.com.au with your order number and tracking information, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If the package is returned to us, we can resend it at your expense or issue a store credit minus the shipping costs.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Threaded Together is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once shipped. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking the package. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns.
